XF Series Horizontal Fluidized Bed Dryer/Cooler of our company is a continuous running dryer/cooler, it is suitable for dealing with powder material and fine graininess material. Widely used in chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, foodstuff, plastic, grain, slag, salt & sugar manufacturer line for drying, cooling, wetting the powder and fine graininess.
Application lines: Pharmaceutical lines, grain lines, chemical line, slag lines etc.
B, Working Principle
The raw material is feeding in the Horizontal Fluidized Bed Dryer from charging hole by distribution machine with stepless frequency control speed. Same time, The ordinary temperature air go through the primary filter, make the heating/cooling to required temperature by the heating/cooling system. The air intake bellows of Horizontal Fluidized Bed Dryer distribute the air and through the hole plate contact with material and make the heating exchanging completely. After that, the material is flow to the discharge hole by definite flow speed. After a certain time heating exchange. The required quality products is discharged out of Horizontal Fluidized Bed Dryer and packing. The other fine material is collected into the cyclone and pulse dust collection by hot air. The tail gas according with the environmental protection requirement that the dust concentration ≤50mg/m3 is exhaust by induced draft fan. Finish the process of drying/cooling.
Horizontal fluidized bed system is divided into inner bag filter type horizontal fluidized bed system and external dust collector type horizontal fluidized bed system, can be choiced according to the process requirements and material characteristics.
