XKJ-300 Series stainless steel sieve Granulator with plc Main Application: XKJ-300 Series Rotary Pelletizer is an ideal machine to use in the industry of pharmaceutical,chemical,irruptive dosage and instant soluble medicine,especially to process material with high viscosity. When the material pressing knife rotates,it pushes powder to the granulating knife.Then the material is squeezed out of the sieve and become granules when the granulating knife revolves.The production capacity of the machine is 4 times higher a traditional swinging granulator,it produces 200-500KG/hour with 95% eligible rate. Operating Principle: The material pressing knife and the helical knife rotate in the opposite direction.Material pressing knife pushed raw material down and the helical knife pushes them to the wall of sieve.Granules are extruded out and get collected.
