                                      LSZ series IQF Blast Freezing Machine Quick Freezer   Product Description   Summary The LSZ series fluidized Quick Freezing Machine combines the latest technology of other same products from Sweden and Canada, realizing a real fluidized and perfect IQF effect It's made of 304 stainless steel except motor, blower impeller, evaporator pipe and fin, and electric elements. This machine is completed with base plate of quick freezing machine, the users do not need to make the heat preservation fundation. Application It has a wide application, is suitalbe for beans, cherries, strawberries, corns, cauliflowers and other dice , strip products.  It's the best equipment for quick freezing all kinds of fruit, vegetable and some of the seafood.   Working principle Adopts two stage belting structure---firstly, quick-cooling step. Secondly, deep-freezing step. Independently speed control system, and the speed of the two meshbelts can be changed infinitely.   1.Quick-cooling stage---the food particles are to be quick cooled after entering into the blast room. The surface of the particles would frozen and reach the temperature of 0 C. meanwhile, with the help of the striking chain, the particles would neither stick together nor stick on the stainless steel meshbelt. 2.Deep-freezing stage---the food is to be moved on a stainless steel meshbelt, the foodstuff layer loosens with the increasing of the airflow.
