It is mainly suitable for drying dehydrated vegetables, fruit products, agricultural and byproducts, instant foods and Chinese herbal medicines. It is especially suitable for drying materials of big size, materials requiring long drying period and having high requirements of appearance, such as chinese mushroom, white button mushroom, wonton, prawn, etc.   Working principle After the air is exchanged by the heat exchanger, the air in drying chamber is heated through heat radiation and heat convection. Under the function of fan, the hot air is diffused in the whole drying chamber and hot air and materials carry out sufficient heat exchange.
